The overall objective of the mission is to strengthen the human capacities of the agents of the Economic Interest Grouping for the Maintenance of Waterways, GIE-SCEVN.
More specifically, the objective of the assignment is to implement the training plan for the agents of the GIE-SCEVN, established in the framework of the organisational and institutional audit of the GIE-SCEVN.
The Consultant must analyse the training plan drawn up in 2015 and make proposals for updating the plan according to the changes observed at the level of the GIE-SCEVN since the date on which the training plan was drawn up.
Depending on the module, training takes place in Brazzaville, Bangui, within the company or abroad.
At the end of the mission, a final mission report is drawn up, in which an evaluation of each training module and proposals for further training are developed, in order to improve the performance of the trained agents.

Training in practice on: "Road Asset Management and Claims Management" ( 2025 - 2025 )
Organized under the framework of Ginger SOFRECO's technical assistance services to the EU-funded PROMOVE Transporte programme, this training aimed at strenghtening the capacities of 6 agents from the Mozambican National Roads Administration (ANE) in the thematics of Road Asset Management and Claim Management.
At the end of the five-days training and through practical activities and case studies, the participants acquired a strong knowledge in the management of rural road assets, the management of claims and "force majeure" cases in the context of road work contracts.
Training course on Leadership and Change Management - Project to Improve Access to Electricity in Rural Areas (PAEMIR) ( 2025 - 2025 )
The objective of this training course was to train 10 members of Côte d'Ivoire Energies, and more specifically of the Project to Improve Access to Electricity in Rural Areas (PAEMIR), on the principles and techniques of leadership and change management. The training took place in Yamoussoukro, Côte d'Ivoire, over a period of five days.
Training course in ‘Transport infrastructure and infrastructure project management’ ( 2025 - 2025 )
The mission consisted of training a group of 15 officials from various operational departments of the West African Development Bank (WADB) on the theme of ‘Transport infrastructure and infrastructure project management’.
At the end of this five-day training course, which included theoretical presentations, case studies and practical work, participants were able to strengthen their knowledge of infrastructure sector governance and infrastructure project management, with a particular focus on the procedures and challenges associated with project management for infrastructure projects.

The objective of the mission is to contribute to a sustainable transformation of the higher education and scientific research system in Algeria, in order to better align it to national development and labour market needs. Assessment of Post-Secondary Institutions – Pedagogical Aspects and Institutional Capacity ( 2025 - 2025 )
Ginger SOFRECO assesses the pedagogical and institutional capacity of two Colleges in St Lucia, Sir Arthur Lewis Community College (SALCC) and the National Skills Development Centre (NSDC), under the OECS Skills and Innovation Project. The assignment supports alignment between post-secondary education and labour market needs. It examines governance, academic quality, teaching practices, and quality assurance. The team also evaluates EMIS, student services, and private sector engagement. Findings inform targeted recommendations and a capacity development plan. The goal is to strengthen institutional performance and foster innovation in education across the OECS.
