It coordinates the multiple training initiatives of the donors aiming to support Russia's tax reform. The project's long-term objective was to support the Russian government's efforts to establish effective revenue collection and compliance mechanisms. The Consultant was tasked with the Centre's management and providing high quality training in cooperation with other stakeholders represented in the steering committee (USAID, OECD, World Bank, IMF, Canada, Sweden, Denmark, etc).
