Team Leader/ Agriculture & Rural Development Specialist

Ginger SOFRECO is seeking a Team Leader to lead the livelihoods and community awareness component of the Strengthening and Diversifying Climate Resilient Livelihoods and Community Awareness on Five Roads, SHRCRNP (ADB-funded) Project. The Team Leader provides overall coordination and guidance of the assignment, leads the international and national team, and is accountable for the quality and timely delivery of all outputs across fifteen communities.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in agricultural sciences, rural development, social sciences, or similar;
- minimum 8 years of relevant experience;
- Track record in gender responsive and climate resilient rural livelihoods;
- Experience leading teams on donor-funded projects, ideally ADB;
- Prior experience in PNG preferred.
