Select a privatisation scenario for the area to be operated by the private cotton company and provide support to the Government in privatising three ginneries by sales of assets: finalisation of the draft contract specifications and mutual obligations; preparation of the tender document and launching of the call for tenders; assistance in selecting the successful tenderer and in the negotiations; and support to the creation of the company.
