The purpose of this consultancy is to develop a comprehensive Digital Health Policy and Strategy for Saint Lucia, to improve the quality of outcomes and care services and to respond to the population's health needs, including the vulnerable, to facilitate evidence-based decisions and equitable use of digital health solutions.

The overall objective of the mission is to strengthen the human capacities of the agents of the Economic Interest Grouping for the Maintenance of Waterways, GIE-SCEVN.
More specifically, the objective of the assignment is to implement the training plan for the agents of the GIE-SCEVN, established in the framework of the organisational and institutional audit of the GIE-SCEVN.
The Consultant must analyse the training plan drawn up in 2015 and make proposals for updating the plan according to the changes observed at the level of the GIE-SCEVN since the date on which the training plan was drawn up.
Depending on the module, training takes place in Brazzaville, Bangui, within the company or abroad.
At the end of the mission, a final mission report is drawn up, in which an evaluation of each training module and proposals for further training are developed, in order to improve the performance of the trained agents.

The aim of the study was to analyse the potential of marine biotechnology in Algeria and make recommendations for its development.
As part of the study, Ginger SOFRECO was expected to define the conceptual framework, map out the stakeholders, carry out a SWOT analysis focusing on algae and the recovery of fishing waste, and formulate recommendations to strengthen the legal framework, promote research/industry collaboration, facilitate technology transfer, build skills, support innovative companies, and include success stories from various fields.

Feasibility study on the Modernization and Product diversification of North Bengal Sugar Mills Ltd. ( 2025 - 2026 )
Sugarcane is a key cash crop for farmers in various region of Bangladesh and particularly in low-rainfall and low fertility areas such as Rajshani, Pabna, Kushtia, Jessore, Faridpur, Dinajpur, Rangpur, Bogra and Mymensingh. However, sugar production has declined resulting in significant losses. North Bengal Sugar Mill is an outdated sugar complex of 1,500 TCD with low agricultural and industrial performance.
To address this, the government launched a project to modernize NBSM, increase its capacity and make it profitable. Ginger SOFRECO was in charge of the agricultural action plan and the feasibility study for a new 2,000/2,500 TCD sugar plant with a refinery capable of producing 200/300 t/day and a cogeneration plant.

The Hub is an innovative model of youth inclusion in the Africa-EU partnership: one based on expertise and one that enables the potential of Youth not only to deliver thoughts, but also to be involved in the implementation of new, pilot approaches. While supporting the activities of the Hub, the EU Delegation to the African Union became ready to support the scaling up of the youth track, transitioning from the Hub to a potential Lab 3.0.
Hence, the overall objective of the contract was to support the AU-EU Youth track through: i) the reinforcement of the Hub partnerships and experts’ capacities, reinforcing the coordination and communication activities linked to the Hub; and ii) the support to the transition from the Hub to the Lab.
