The overall objective of the mission is to strengthen the human capacities of the agents of the Economic Interest Grouping for the Maintenance of Waterways, GIE-SCEVN.
More specifically, the objective of the assignment is to implement the training plan for the agents of the GIE-SCEVN, established in the framework of the organisational and institutional audit of the GIE-SCEVN.
The Consultant must analyse the training plan drawn up in 2015 and make proposals for updating the plan according to the changes observed at the level of the GIE-SCEVN since the date on which the training plan was drawn up.
Depending on the module, training takes place in Brazzaville, Bangui, within the company or abroad.
At the end of the mission, a final mission report is drawn up, in which an evaluation of each training module and proposals for further training are developed, in order to improve the performance of the trained agents.

The main objective of this study was to update the Phase 1 information and revise the mining plan considering new geological data and current unit costs. The key actions to achieve this objective included:
- Update of the Geological Model and Mineral Resources Estimate (JORC compliant);
- Mining Study Update;
- Tailings and Waste Disposal Study assessment;
- Cost Estimation and Financial Analysis;
- Ore reserve estimate and sign-off (JORC compliant).

The general objective of the assignment is to provide environmental and social advisory and backstopping support and training to the relevant governments and regulatory agencies responsible for oversight and regulations in relation to environmental and social matters in the Eastern Caribbean countries that are pursuing GE development. The advisory support covers environmental and social issues, which emerge as part of the ESIA for all stages of the geothermal energy development, from the exploratory stage to the plant installation and operational stages.

Technical assistance for the supervision of the Mining Component of the Project to Support the Strengthening of Land and Mining Management (PARGFM) of Burkina Faso’s Ministry of Energy, Mines and Quarries, including the following six separate geoscientific projects: geological mapping, evaluation of mining geochemical anomalies, exploration of industrial and quarry minerals, airborne geophysics, creation of a Geological and Mining Information System (GMIS), and restructuring of the Mining Registry. The main beneficiary is the Burkina Faso Bureau of Mines and Geology (BUMIGEB).

This mission outlines all the services for the preparation and sign-off of the JORC-compliant required update of the annual Mineral Resource and Ore Reserve Estimates (MRE) for the Al Khabra Phosphate Mine, for the year 2025 (including update of the resource and reserve models), as well as additional ones such as specific related reviews (master drilling plan, blasting and fragmentation, preparation of detailed excavation and backfilling plan for the next year).
