Staff training for the Organisation for the Development of the Gambia River, held in Casablanca, on the following five topics: (i) developing a strategic communication plan: principles and tools, (ii) leadership and change management, (iii) HR management and forward-looking management of jobs and skills, (iv) digitalisation and electronic document management, and (v) key IT and office tools for assistants.

This five-day tailor-made training course, held in Clichy, France, aimed to strengthen the skills of two female officials from Madagascar's Ministry of Economy and Finance, responsible for monitoring expenditure under the AFD-funded Common Education Fund, on the theme of ''Internal control within public bodies''.
At the end of the training, the participants strengthened their skills in expenditure control and benefited from personalised support in the form of an action plan designed to directly address the various issues identified in previous audit reports of the Common Education Fund.

The mission, held in Clichy, France, consisted of training an agent from the Ministry of Finance and Budget of the Central African Republic (CAR) on the topic of ''Public Finance Auditing''. This five-day coaching programme aimed to strengthen the participant’s skills and theoretical and technical knowledge, particularly with regard to:
- The role and objectives of auditing in public finance control;
- Audit methodology and tools;
- Presentation of an audit report.

The aim of the training course, held in Clichy, France, was to build the capacity of a team of eight civil servants from Madagascar's Ministry of Education in ''Inferential methods for analysing qualitative and quantitative data on learning outcomes''. Over the course of 10 days, the participants strengthened their capacity to analyse statistical data from school evaluation tests using inferential methods.

The purpose of this training course, held in Clichy, France on the topic ''From financial control to budgetary control'' was to strengthen the skills of four officials of the Supreme Court of Guinea and the Permanent Accounting Council of Congo (CPCC, Democratic Republic of Congo).
At the end of the training, held in Clichy, France, participants gained a better understanding of the new concepts guiding the administrative reform aimed at generalising budgetary control worldwide, as well as a thorough understanding of the tools used and best practices to be implemented by budgetary controllers in each of the areas targeted by the reform.

The mission, held in Clichy, France, consisted of training three executives from the Department for Public Entities and Special Accounts within the Ministry of Budget of the Democratic Republic of Congo on the topic of ''Contributions of public institutions to the implementation of government policies''.
Over a period of 10 days, participants strengthened their capacities so as to acquire a sound understanding of the roles and missions of different types of public institutions, their specific budgeting, management and evaluation processes, and the relationships between these institutions and the State, through its various institutions.
