Organized under the framework of Ginger SOFRECO's technical assistance services to the EU-funded PROMOVE Transporte programme, this training aimed at strenghtening the capacities of 6 agents from the Mozambican National Roads Administration (ANE) in the thematics of Road Asset Management and Claim Management.
At the end of the five-days training and through practical activities and case studies, the participants acquired a strong knowledge in the management of rural road assets, the management of claims and "force majeure" cases in the context of road work contracts.

The main objectives of this evaluation were to provide the relevant services of the European Union with: (i) an overall independent assessment of the performance achieved to date of the Sustainable Climate-Friendly Phase-out of Ozone-depleting Substances Action, paying particular attention to the progress achieved with regard to the expected results, measured against the Action’s expected objectives, and identifying the reasons underpinning such progress and results or lack thereof; (ii) recommendations for improving the Action, as well as lessons learnt and conclusions, including possible future actions.

The current assignment aimed at the progress monitoring, implementation review and impact evaluation of the Economic and Business Development (EBD) programme in Georgia’s Sector Reform Contract (SRC) through analytical assessments for the disbursement process of the variable tranches in 2020, 2021 and 2022. The mission assessed the General Conditions (GC 1) of the SRC Public Policy and all 9 performance indicators with targets for the variable tranches.
