This mission specifically supports community engagement and behaviour change communication (BCC), which aims to mobilise and empower communities to actively participate in sanitation planning, implementation and maintenance. This component seeks to shift deeply rooted WASH behaviours through evidence-based communication strategies, promote gender-inclusive engagement and foster sustained behavioural transformation.

The primary objective of this consultancy is to facilitate the development of a Registration Policy for UHC that aligns with the unique needs of Saint Lucia, is patient-centered to support the successful implementation of UHC. This policy will guide the registration processes, links to financing and provision of health services, data management, and privacy protocols to ensure an inclusive and efficient healthcare system. The policy will also provide actionable activities to effect the necessary changes to business rules and operating procedures for health financing including PHC per capita payment and between health care providers at the primary and secondary levels of care.

As part of the ''Low Carbon Transition'' project in Côte d'Ivoire, funded by the European Union and implemented by Expertise France, Ginger SOFRECO, in consortium with the Swiss Centre for Scientific Research (CSRS), has been commissioned to conduct a study on the vulnerability of the health sector to climate change and its adaptation. The services provided cover: (i) the analysis of the climatic and environmental risks affecting public health in Côte d'Ivoire, (ii) the drafting of a structuring research project, (iii) the assessment of the National Health Sector Adaptation Plan (PNASS 2021–2025), and (iv) the integration of a participatory and inclusive approach, including the gender and social equity dimensions.

Ginger SOFRECO, with GAVI TCA funding, is delivering technical assistance in Sierra Leone to reduce gender-related barriers to immunisation and increase coverage among zero-dose and underserved children. The TA embeds experts in the EPI, promotes inclusive and community-driven approaches, and supports learning at all levels in alignment with GAVI’s Learning Agenda.

Potenti'Elles embodies a strategic support mechanism for women entrepreneurs in Guinea, with a particular focus on the Basse-Côte and Guinée Forestière regions.
The project aims to contribute to women's economic empowerment by proactively supporting their entrepreneurial initiatives and strengthening the capacities of public-private ecosystem stakeholders on gender issues. Potenti'Elles aims to support women's entrepreneurial initiatives by providing them with access to the resources, training and support they need to establish and develop their businesses. The project is structured around two components:
1) Capacity building for the public-private ecosystem working on the theme of women's entrepreneurship;
2) Support for identified women entrepreneurs by providing financial and non-financial services.

Overall objective: To improve the employability of graduates from vocational training institutions (TVET) in Algeria's strategic sectors (renewable energy, ICT and green entrepreneurship).
Main actions: (i) strengthening of public-private cooperation: multisectoral exchange platform, dialogues between TVET institutions and businesses, signing of agreements, (ii) development and modernisation of training programmes aligned with market needs, (iii) digitalisation of the TVET system: implementation of the E-Lab, production of e-learning modules, support for the use of Moodle, (iv) training teachers and trainers in technical, pedagogical and digital skills, and (v) promotion of the inclusion of women through incentives, mentoring, gender-sensitive content.

The overall objective is to increase the benefits generated by the human development aspects/components of EU programmes on children and youth, at the global, regional and country levels, by facilitating the involvement of young people in EU external action. This is implemented through two outcomes : i) an increase in the effectiveness of EU support programmes as they relate to children and youth participation and empowerment at the global, regional and country levels, and ii) an increase in institutional youth engagement in EU policy development and implementation, particularly for advancing the roll-out of the Global Gateway strategy in line with the Youth Action Plan and EUDs’ priorities, by supporting youth-led initiatives via Youth Sounding Boards (YSBs), etc.

The project aims to provide technical assistance to overcome gender-related barriers in immunization programs, with a primary focus on reaching zero-dose children and underserved communities. By integrating gender-sensitive approaches across the Gavi grant cycle—from planning and design to implementation and monitoring—the initiative seeks to enhance equity and inclusivity in health services. This involves conducting comprehensive gender analyses, advising on gender-integrated program designs, and establishing gender-responsive monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
