Research and development services and related consultancy services – Knowledge Hub for expertise and engagement on Youth - part II

The overall objective is to increase the benefits generated by the human development aspects/components of EU programmes on children and youth, at the global, regional and country levels, by facilitating the involvement of young people in EU external action. This is implemented through two outcomes : i) an increase in the effectiveness of EU support programmes as they relate to children and youth participation and empowerment at the global, regional and country levels, and ii) an increase in institutional youth engagement in EU policy development and implementation, particularly for advancing the roll-out of the Global Gateway strategy in line with the Youth Action Plan and EUDs’ priorities, by supporting youth-led initiatives via Youth Sounding Boards (YSBs), etc.
