Improvement of employability for graduates of vocational training institutions (AEDA II)

Overall objective: To improve the employability of graduates from vocational training institutions (TVET) in Algeria's strategic sectors (renewable energy, ICT and green entrepreneurship).
Main actions: (i) strengthening of public-private cooperation: multisectoral exchange platform, dialogues between TVET institutions and businesses, signing of agreements, (ii) development and modernisation of training programmes aligned with market needs, (iii) digitalisation of the TVET system: implementation of the E-Lab, production of e-learning modules, support for the use of Moodle, (iv) training teachers and trainers in technical, pedagogical and digital skills, and (v) promotion of the inclusion of women through incentives, mentoring, gender-sensitive content.
