The aim of the training course, held in Clichy, France, was to build the capacity of a team of eight civil servants from Madagascar's Ministry of Education in ''Inferential methods for analysing qualitative and quantitative data on learning outcomes''. Over the course of 10 days, the participants strengthened their capacity to analyse statistical data from school evaluation tests using inferential methods.

The mission, held in Clichy, France, consisted of training three executives from the Department for Public Entities and Special Accounts within the Ministry of Budget of the Democratic Republic of Congo on the topic of ''Contributions of public institutions to the implementation of government policies''.
Over a period of 10 days, participants strengthened their capacities so as to acquire a sound understanding of the roles and missions of different types of public institutions, their specific budgeting, management and evaluation processes, and the relationships between these institutions and the State, through its various institutions.

The purpose of this training course, held in Clichy, France on the topic ''From financial control to budgetary control'' was to strengthen the skills of four officials of the Supreme Court of Guinea and the Permanent Accounting Council of Congo (CPCC, Democratic Republic of Congo).
At the end of the training, held in Clichy, France, participants gained a better understanding of the new concepts guiding the administrative reform aimed at generalising budgetary control worldwide, as well as a thorough understanding of the tools used and best practices to be implemented by budgetary controllers in each of the areas targeted by the reform.

The mission, organised in Clichy, France, consisted of training six civil servants and managers from the Education and Training Projects Department of the Mauritanian Ministry of Economy and Finance on the theme of ''Public Investment Programming for budget programming''. Over a period of 10 days, participants strengthened their capacities to acquire a good understanding of the technical framework for investment programming, as well as the tools and methods needed for monitoring and evaluation within a programme budget, and more generally, decision-making support tools in this area.

The main objectives of this evaluation were to provide the relevant services of the European Union with: (i) an overall independent assessment of the performance achieved to date of the Sustainable Climate-Friendly Phase-out of Ozone-depleting Substances Action, paying particular attention to the progress achieved with regard to the expected results, measured against the Action’s expected objectives, and identifying the reasons underpinning such progress and results or lack thereof; (ii) recommendations for improving the Action, as well as lessons learnt and conclusions, including possible future actions.
