This project aimed to address the weaknesses of the current functioning of the administrative TDRM, i.e., strengthening institutional, organisational and human capacities to enable adequate coordination between administrative and legal appeal procedures, and facilitate the credible, independent and timely resolution of taxpayer appeals.
