The purpose of this training course, held in Clichy, France on the topic ''From financial control to budgetary control'' was to strengthen the skills of four officials of the Supreme Court of Guinea and the Permanent Accounting Council of Congo (CPCC, Democratic Republic of Congo).
At the end of the training, held in Clichy, France, participants gained a better understanding of the new concepts guiding the administrative reform aimed at generalising budgetary control worldwide, as well as a thorough understanding of the tools used and best practices to be implemented by budgetary controllers in each of the areas targeted by the reform.

Our team conducted the ex-post evaluation of the SupMed project (€6.563 million) for the FFEM, through an in-depth desk review, stakeholder interviews, a field mission to Egypt and the application of OECD-DAC criteria. This mission enabled us to measure the impacts, promote good agroecological practices and formulate strategic recommendations for future projects.

The PPRI aims to improve the resilience of rural populations to climate change, reduce poverty and improve food security. The Technical Assistance supports the implementation of the PPRI’s four components, namely: i) agricultural and agroecological support, ii) climate-resilient irrigation infrastructure, iii) strengthening capacities at local and national levels, and iv) project management, monitoring and evaluation, and capitalization.

Our team is assisting the Chadian Ministry of Land Use Planning in implementing the Project for the Development of Hydro-Agriculture in Bahr Linia. We are providing comprehensive technical assistance for monitoring the work, agro-pastoral planning, plant engineering and structuring agricultural and pastoral sectors. Our support also includes strengthening local organisations and a participatory approach that integrates land, social and environmental issues.

The objective of the Project Management Consultants (PMC) is to provide project management support and technical assistance to the key stakeholders of the Sindh Water and Agriculture Transformation (SWAT) Project. The PMC is involved in the project's four main components: water resources management, water service delivery, agricultural subsidies and investments, and project coordination and monitoring. The PMC also facilitates institutional communication and collaboration between the implementing agencies.

Technical assistance for: i) the development, structuring and monitoring of water user associations (WUAs) and their umbrella bodies for the management of built and rehabilitated irrigation schemes, ii) the management of electronic vouchers to boost agricultural production, iii) the creation of an Agricultural Technology Innovation Centre, and iv) communication and awareness-raising among target populations.
