Agro-pastoral Value Chains Project in the Governorate of Medenine ( 2017 - 2020 )
This mission provides methodological and organisational assistance to the Programme Management Unit in order to achieve PRODEFIL’s objectives. Technical support is provided in the fields of territorial governance, training-action, the development of agro-pastoral value chains, support to private economic initiatives, and the development of SMEs.

Mid-term evaluation of the Food and Nutrition Security programme in Bangladesh 2015 ( 2019 - 2020 )
The Food and Nutrition Security (FNS) programme 2015 aims to improve nutrition and to promote a sustainable food security system resilient to increasing climate change-related challenges in Bangladesh.
The programme was made up of 3 components and 6 projects:
- Component 1 (EUR 8 M): Meeting the undernutrition challenge (MUCH), 01/2017-12/2020;
- Component 2 (EUR 35 M): Ending the cycle of undernutrition in Bangladesh (SUCHANA), 01/2017-12/2022;
- Component 3 (EUR 35 M): Leadership to ensure adequate nutrition (LEAN), Sustained opportunities for nutrition governance (SONGO), Joint action for nutrition outcome (JANO), and Bangladesh initiative to enhance nutrition security and governance (BlenGS), 09/2018-08/2023.
Mid-Term Review of the Afikepo and Kulima Programmes ( 2020 - 2021 )
Evaluation of the intermediate results of the Afikepo programme (€74.55 m), which seeks to enhance nutrition security by 1) increasing and diversifying dietary intake of safe and nutritious foods, and 2) increasing the use of enhanced nutrition knowledge and awareness and hygiene practices, and of the Kulima programme (€111 m), which seeks “Sustainable agricultural growth promoted” through 1) increased agricultural productivity and diversified production, 2) the development or establishment of agricultural value chains and employment opportunities, and 3) strengthened agriculture sector governance.
Final evaluation of the 'Support for the semi-industrial processing of sugar cane' project ( 2020 - 2020 )
The objective of this mission was to evaluate the achievement of the objectively verifiable indicators and the quality of the results: contribution to the impact, effects, results and outcomes of the actions led in the framework of the AMS 2013, Result 1. The analysis also aimed to: i) capitalise on lessons learned and good practices; ii) identify strengths and possible constraints encountered in implementation and formulate recommendations that could improve present and future EU-funded actions; and iii) provide explanations of the cause-effect relationships between the inputs and activities and the outputs, results and impacts.
Institutional support for the development of health cooperation between Suriname and French Guyana ( 2009 - 2012 )
The overall objective of the project is to contribute to the improvement of the health status of the Surinamese population (including the specific population living along the Maroni river). A public health expert will assist the MoH for the improvement of the quality of health services throughout the country and the development of cross-border cooperation.
