Training course on ''Financial programming tools: government financial operation tables, MTBF/MTEF, annual performance programmes and annual performance reports''

This ten-day training course, held in Clichy, aimed to strengthen the skills of four officials from Mauritania's Ministry of Education and Educational Reform.
By the end of the training, the participants had strengthened their skills in developing, using and monitoring investment planning and management tools for budget management by objectives.
