Training in ''Public Investment Programming for the Programme Budgets'' for the Ministries of Agriculture and Livestock in Mauritania

These two training courses, each lasting ten days in Clichy, France, aim to strengthen the capacities of a group of seven officials and senior managers from the Ministries of Agriculture and Livestock, as part of the country's adoption of the ''programme-based budgeting'' approach and the implementation of the SYSALIM project, funded by the European Union and implemented by Enabel.
By the end of the two sessions, participants should have mastered the conceptual and regulatory foundations of programme budgeting, as well as the tools for planning and programming public investments (medium-term expenditure frameworks, annual performance programmes, logical frameworks and cost-benefit analyses of projects). In addition, practical exercises will enable participants to practise formulating and monitoring public investment projects aligned with budget programmes and performance indicators.
