Training course in administrative and financial management

The mission enabled stakeholders to work together on issues related to training and the revision of the manual for the effective implementation of grants from funding agencies.
The mission also helped to strengthen the staff's knowledge of the principles and tools of public administrative and financial management, and to establish an effective and transparent management system that complies with OHADA standards and national requirements.
Lastly, the mission produced a procedures manual which the National Universal Health Coverage Fund and all other stakeholders could consult at any time for guidance on administrative and financial management, although some improvements are still needed to finalise the document.
