The objective of the study is to define and implement a strategy to develop the export of health-related services in Tunisia.
The study is to lead to the development of a strategy and action plan to promote Tunisia as a health service export hub and investment destination in these fields.

The general objective of the technical assistance was to support the quantitative and qualitative sustainable development of training and the availability of health human resources for the various levels of the health pyramid, health programmes and the health sector management system, which were characterised by the following structural difficulties:
- Shortages;
- An over-used production system unable to overcome the paramedical resource deficit;
- Shortcomings in the educational framework.
The specific objective was to increase INFAS’ capacity to satisfy the health system’s needs in terms of paramedical human resources, in the context of the changes brought about by the establishment of the bachelor-master-doctorate (LMD) system in ECOWAS countries.
