Training course in the effective regulation of the electricity sector in an open market

The objective of this training was to train two members of the Regulatory Authority for the Energy Sector (ARSE) of Burkina Faso on the challenges of effective regulation of the electricity sector in an open market. The training took place in Clichy, France, over a period of ten days.
