Training course: “From financial control to budgetary control”

The purpose of this training course on the theme of “From financial control to budgetary control”, held in Clichy, France, was to strengthen the skills of six officials from the West African Development Bank, the Benin Ministry of the Interior and the Governorship of Lualaba Province in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
By the end of the training, participants had gained a deeper understanding of the new concepts guiding administrative reform aimed at standardising budgetary control worldwide, as well as a thorough grasp of the tools used and best practices to be implemented by budgetary controllers in each of the areas targeted by the reform.
