Capacity strengthening for public and private stakeholders in their approaches to gender and female entrepreneurship, as well as coordination among these stakeholders

Potenti'Elles embodies a strategic support mechanism for women entrepreneurs in Guinea, with a particular focus on the Basse-Côte and Guinée Forestière regions.
The project aims to contribute to women's economic empowerment by proactively supporting their entrepreneurial initiatives and strengthening the capacities of public-private ecosystem stakeholders on gender issues. Potenti'Elles aims to support women's entrepreneurial initiatives by providing them with access to the resources, training and support they need to establish and develop their businesses. The project is structured around two components:
1) Capacity building for the public-private ecosystem working on the theme of women's entrepreneurship;
2) Support for identified women entrepreneurs by providing financial and non-financial services.
