Training course on the ''Techniques for detecting fraud and corruption in public procurement''

The objective of this mission, organised in Clichy and Paris-Saclay, France, was to strengthen the capacities of three officials from the Central Coordination Office of the Ministry of Finance of the Democratic Republic of Congo on the techniques for detecting fraud and corruption in public procurement.
