Advice and technical assistance to the government of Tunisia in the definition of a privatisation strategy for the CST:
1. Study of different alternatives and identification of the best option for the restructuring-privatisation;
2. Preparation and implementation of a marketing strategy;
3. Finalisation of the restructuring-privatisation until the effective handing over of the yeast factory.
