Evaluation and development of public procurement standards and procedures in Haiti on behalf of the Commission Nationale des Marchés Publics (CNMP).
Under the supervision of the Coordinator and the Members of the Commission, provision of services including assistance to the CNMP with a view to:
Drafting public procurement standards and procedures;
Training managers of the CNMP through seminars and workshops;
Training and upgrading public administration and private sector managers involved in the public procurement process.
