Catalogue training: GPS1 'Ministerial management of public policies'

At the end of the training, participants will be able/know how to:
- Translate into operational terms the strategic objectives of the public policies for which they are responsible
- Translate into operational terms the strategic objectives of the public policies they are responsible for implementing;
- Master the methods of managerial communication to mobilise the actors;
- Identify the main indicators;
- Understand how to enhance the documents used to report on the performance of their administration (quarterly reports and annual programme performance reports);
- How to ensure a permanent link between public policy objectives and the daily action of the administration through the programmatic architecture (programmes, actions and activities);
- Designing the modalities for the supervision of operators by reinforcing their role as contributors to the achievement of public policy objectives, while respecting their management autonomy.
