Contract Award and Verification Agency (ACV) in the SENI-PLUS project area for Health Region no. 6

The overall objective of the ACV mission was to assist in the implementation of Performance-Based Financing (PBF) in Health Region 6, in accordance with the national PBF manual. In order to improve the health situation, the Central African Government, with support from the World Bank, implemented this approach through the Health System Support and Strengthening Project (SENI)-PLUS in Health Regions 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.

The project contributed to improving maternal and child health in a geographical area comprising six sub-prefectures (Alindao, Mobaye, Zangba, Kembé, Mingala and Satéma) with a population of approximately 331,454 inhabitants.
