Development and implementation of a health information and decision-making system, integrating health watch, planning and management of health services (including human resources) and electronic file components

Under this contract, the Ministry plans to computerise part of this system, mainly concerning the electronic medical file (EMF). Once it has been introduced, the EMF, as well as being a source of strategic, privileged information for the decision-making and health information system, will be used as an operational tool with advanced features, designed to improve the quality of care and operational management of hospital services. It should contribute to improving management tools by making information accessible to health managers and professionals, at operational as much as strategic level.
