Final evaluation of the Integrated Maternal and Child Health Programme (PIMI II) ( 2022 - 2022 )
The objective is to evaluate the results and impact of the PIMI II programme and derive lessons for the sustainability and wider improvement of access to maternal and child health services in the country.
The final evaluation enables the measurement of the programme's results against the initial objectives. The evaluation must allow the DEU to have a clear view on the five evaluation criteria of the OECD Development Assistance Committee (relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact perspectives) and on the two specific EU criteria: the EU added value and the coherence of the action itself with the EU strategy in Guinea-Bissau.
