Gender Technical Assistance for CAR through Gavi's Targeted Country Assistance (TCA) Reserve funding

The project aims to provide technical assistance to overcome gender-related barriers in immunization programmes, with a primary focus on reaching zero-dose children and underserved communities. By integrating gender-sensitive approaches across the Gavi grant cycle—from planning and design to implementation and monitoring—the initiative seeks to enhance equity and inclusivity in health services. This involves conducting comprehensive gender analyses, advising on gender-integrated programme designs and establishing gender-responsive monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
