In collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Welfare, this project developed and institutionalised National Health Accounts (NHA) in accordance with the 2011 System of Health Accounts methodology.
• Analysis of health expenditure data for 2017-2018, including out-of-pocket expenditure.
•    Development of a sustainable system for institutionalising NHA and future update cycles.
•    Empowerment of the ministry to ensure regular management of NHA.
