Identification of training needs for the technical staff of the Airways Authority and the Civil Aviation Authority as part of the Priority Aviation Safety Project - Phase 2 (PPSA 2) ( 2024 - 2024 )
The objective of the assignment is to assist the implementing agency in identifying the training needs of the Airways Authority (''Régie des Voies Aériennes SA - RVA SA'') and the Civil Aviation Authority (''Autorité de l'Aviation Civile - AAC'') and in developing and effectively implementing technical training programmes for the staff of these two organisations by clearly defining the procedures for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of this component. The number of people to be trained and the scope of the modules to be delivered takes into account the analysis of the needs expressed and the limits of the resources allocated to this component, which includes all the pedagogical and logistical costs of the training.
