The overall objective of this project is to contribute to the increased fiscal sustainability and sound management of public finances in line with EU requirements.
The specific objectives of the contract are:
a) the full implementation of a multi-annual budgetary framework and programme budgeting;
b) the improvement of a system of public internal financial control and transparency in public financial management.
