Institutional Strengthening and Capacity Enhancement Project for the Can Tho City Development Investment Fund (CADIF) and the Da Nang City Development Investment Fund (DDIF)

CADIF and DDIF are local financing agencies for investments in local urban infrastructure projects in both cities. This project aims to enhance their capacities by improving their project management skills, standardising their institutional development procedures (balance sheet management, financial analysis and management, debts supervision and appraisal, socio-environmental risk management, etc), and bringing international expertise to key sectoral projects (water supply, wastewater treatment and drainage, solid waste treatment, urban transport, energy, health, education, urban upgrading and social housing).
