Infrastructure Development Specialist (Team Leader)

Qualifications
- Master's ’degree or post-graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Water and Sanitation Engineering, Urban Planning, or related field;
- At least15 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in identifying and designing structural and non-structural flood risk management measures;
- In-depth Knowledge of water resources management and planning, as well as climate change adaptation
- Strong experience in the design of nature-based solutions, sustainable urban drainage systems (SUDS), and green infrastructure;
- Participation in at least two projects funded by ODA as team leader or deputy team leader;
- Prior experience in capacity development would be an advantage;
- Professional experience in Vietnam as a sector expert, along with experience in AFD/ADB/WB-funded projects in Southeast Asia.
