Qualifications
- The social safeguards expert will be a holder of a Master’s Degree in a social development discipline.
- S/he will have at least ten (10) years’ experience in social impact assessment, social impact management, land acquisition, resettlement and resettlement planning.
- Experience in conducting safeguards training and experience with relevant development partners funded project as social impact specialist is a must.
