Qualifications
- Masters degree from a recognized University in Engineering, Business and Management, Economics and Commerce or similar relevant areas of specialization.
- Program/ Project Management Professional accreditation is desired.
- Over 10 years’ experience in Programs’ Management and Coordination, team management, effective communication and creativity.
- Possession of relevant technical skills in management of Results Based WASH Projects and Institutional (Preferably Water Utilities) Performance Improvement Programs.
- Good understanding of the water supply and sanitation service delivery in Kenya covering both Refugees and Host communities.
- A thorough understanding of public sector processes and World Bank guidelines and instruments.
