The aim of the project was to reduce the spread and impact of HIV/AIDS/STI in the 15 ACP member states of the Caribbean by improving and increasing prevention efforts through regional activities, and to develop scientific learning and regional institutional capacity.
The goal of the mid-term evaluation was to assess the performance of the SIRHASC project within the context of the overall objective of the financing agreement.
