The mission consisted of training officials from the Mauritanian Ministry of Livestock and the Management Unit of the Partnership Framework with the European Union on the subject of ''Monitoring and evaluation of projects and programmes: principles and tools''. TThe aim of this 10-day training course was to enhance participants' skills and theoretical and technical knowledge in monitoring and evaluation.
