Sindh Water and Agriculture Transformation (SWAT) Project – Project Management Consultants (PMC)

The objective of the Project Management Consultants (PMC) was to provide project management support and technical assistance to the key stakeholders of the Sindh Water and Agriculture Transformation (SWAT) Project. The PMC was involved in the project's four main components: water resources management, water service delivery, agricultural subsidies and investments, and project coordination and monitoring. The PMC also facilitated institutional communication and collaboration between the implementing agencies.
