Gender Technical Assistance for Mauritania through Gavi's Targeted Country Assistance (TCA) Reserve funding

Ginger SOFRECO is providing technical assistance aimed at strengthening the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) in Mauritania, with a focus on adapting immunization services to the evolving needs of local communities, particularly women and underserved populations. Ginger SOFRECO is supporting efforts to enhance service delivery by aligning vaccination supply with community demand, addressing barriers limiting access to immunization and ensuring that vaccination services are tailored to local realities. This includes improving coordination between health service providers, community relays and civil society organizations at the district level.
