Projects to support agricultural and rural training (ProFAR 1 & 2)

The project focuses on creating an integrated training and job placement programme geared towards agricultural and rural employment, tailored to agricultural development hubs, enabling young beneficiaries to acquire practical and theoretical skills suited to market needs.
In parallel, ProFAR plans to set up a guidance, monitoring and job placement system at the level of the agricultural development hubs, thus ensuring personalised support for learners throughout their training. This holistic approach aims not only to train a new generation of farmers, but also to continuously strengthen the capacities of the agricultural workforce, thereby contributing to the modernisation and sustainability of the Beninese agricultural sector.
