Project management assistance to the Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene (MSHP) for construction/renovations and supply of equipment to regional hospitals and schools offering health worker training

Through the debt relief and development unit for health (C2D) and sovereign loan financing, the AFD is supporting Côte d'Ivoire to improve its population’s access to quality health services.
The most significant infrastructure involves hospitals and regional training schools (National Institute for Health Worker Training [INFAS]) and for the monitoring of this infrastructure, the AFD is financing project management assistance services to support Côte d'Ivoire's Ministry of Health with the monitoring of implementation and equipment for 14 establishments: 9 general hospitals, 3 regional hospitals, 1 psychiatric hospital and INFAS Aboisso.
