The purpose of this project is to analyse, verify and finalise the contract between the Chinese company NANNING Design Engineering Co. Ltd and TANGANYIKA SUGAR INDUSTRIES for the construction of a sugar factory of 1,500 TCD with the aim of bringing the existing draft contract into line with the international standards of FIDIC (Yellow Book).
