Reduction of the Mental Health Burden in Afghanistan: Continuation of Technical Support and Capacity Building for the Mental Health Unit of the Afghan Ministry of Public Health (MoPH)

Operational and technical support to the Mental Health Unit of the Afghan Ministry of Public Health. This project included the provision of expert advice for the formulation and implementation of mental health policy, as well as the strategic planning and tutoring of different training modules in order to accelerate the incorporation of mental health into the Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and the Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS).
