Revision of the National Master Plan for the Health Workforce and Infrastructure ( 2005 - 2006 )
Summary, adaptation and updating of the existing Hospital Master Plan (HMP) with particular attention to the implementation strategy, especially the HR plan;
Provision of a reliable health care model for the entire population;
Assessment of the needs to achieve the rationalisation of the system in the long run and political feasibility;
Development of a regional approach to secondary health care services, especially the development of emergency services.
