The study on the maintenance and sustainable management of social infrastructures (buildings and equipment of the public, health, education and social protection sectors) in the eight countries of the WAEMU (Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Guinea-Bissau, Mali, Niger, Senegal and Togo), aims to make a diagnosis and identify the strategies and actions that could contribute to improving the durability and quality of their infrastructures.
The objective is to ensure the sustainable management of social infrastructures through the formulation and implementation of regional and national policies and strategies as well as action plans and appropriate support programmes and projects.
