As a sub-contractor of the Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ), Conseil Santé was appointed to support the implementation of the National Health Care Plan (NHCP) in four regions, by the Government of Congo. The budget of the project was EUR 10 million (EUR 2.5 million for the technical implementation and EUR 7.5 million for the overall implementation).
