This technical assistance programme is a specific support programme focusing on three components of Guinea's health system:
- Component 1 'Strengthening institutional support', whose activities will by implemented through programme estimates and particularly the central programme estimate;
- Component 2 'Institutional strengthening of the region of N’Zérékoré', whose activities will by implemented through a subsidy, programme estimates and work and supply contracts;
- Component 3: 'Strengthening of the essential generic medicine supply system', whose activities will be implemented through supply contracts.
