Technical assistance to support the implementation of EU cooperation programmes in Tunisia

This Technical Cooperation Facility (TCF) offers flexible technical support to the Tunisian government in implementing priorities agreed with the EU. It allows for the rapid mobilisation of expertise in many areas of public policy, strengthens the strategic dialogue between Tunisia and the EU and supports economic and institutional reforms. The TCF covers a wide range of topics (governance, trade, climate, public finances, decentralisation, etc.), supports interministerial coordination and promotes ownership by national actors through an implementation unit integrated into the administration. It also plays a key role in the programming and monitoring of sectoral budget support.
