Technical Assistant to support the implementation of the Master Plan for El Maarouf Hospital and strengthening of the hospital system in the Comoros (Phase II)

The aim of this project was to support the transformation and modernisation of El-Maarouf Hospital by ensuring effective management and improved access to care.

- Technical support to the Ministry of Health and hospital managers for the operationalisation of the master plan.

- Capacity building for hospital staff and the government agencies involved.

- Collaboration with ongoing reforms (universal health insurance, health map and health data management).

- Participatory approach with hospital management, technical departments and institutional partners.
