The assignment was to train an official from the Interprofessional Fund for Agricultural Research and Consultancy (FIRCA) on the subject of ''Setting up projects: needs, feasibility and financing''. The aim of this five-day coaching course was to enhance the theoretical and technical skills and knowledge required to set up a project.
